Admissions | Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church and Preschool

Registration for 2024-2025

Beginning in January for Mt. Calvary Members, presently enrolled students, and their siblings
February 1st starts Open Enrollment for the public as space allows
$100 (non-refundable) registration fee due with completed registration form (Forms available in the church office or by clicking here )
Medical Form (Medical form available in the church office or by clicking here) with proof of physical exam, vaccinations, lead screening, and TB Assessment. Along with a certified copy of the child's birth certificate are due the first day of school
Class sizes are limited to 15 students

Scholarships

Tuition assistance for the last eight (8) payments of the year is available. Applications are available in the church office or by clicking here )

Completed forms are due September 16th, 2024

The Board of Education reviews all the applications and awards tuition assistance each year on the basis of need and availability of funds.

Multiple Child Discount

Families with more than one child attending Mt. Calvary Preschool with receive a 15% discount.

Two-Day Class

Meets Tuesday and Thursday
09:00 - 11:30 am
Open to children ages 3-5 years old as of September 1st who are toilet trained or have special permission from the Director.
Tuition: $1,350/year or 9 payments of $150, due on 1st of the month.

Three-Day Class

Meets Monday / Wednesday / Friday
09:00 – 11:30 am
Open to children ages 3-5 years old as of September 1st who are toilet trained or have special permission from the Director.
Tuition: $1,665/year or 9 payments of $185, due on 1st of the month.

Five-Day Class

Meets Monday through Friday
08:45 - 11:15 am
Open to children ages 4-5 years old as of September 1st who are planning to enter Kindergarten the following year.
Tuition: $2,250/year or 9 payments of $250, due on 1st of the month.
